Before contacting us, please read the following to see if they answer your question:

1. My tracking number doesn't work. Is there a problem and has my order really been sent?

If you've received a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking number your order has been packed and is ready to be sent. We get a weekday daily collection from both Royal Mail and FedEx, so as long as you've placed your order by our shipping deadline your order will be sent on time. It's then down to the courier to scan the barcode on the package at the first opportunity. You'll then see an update on the tracking page to confirm that they've received it and that it's on the way to you.

2. I'd like to order another ring for the device I've just received as it's too big/small. Can I order a single ring without having to buy a whole new device?

Yes, we can do that for you. We've now added the option to buy separate back rings on our site here.
