We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, which are available to choose from at the checkout. Your credit/debit card statement will say KDDH, not House of Denial.

 

All of the items marked as in stock and available on this website will be dispatched from the House of Denial warehouse in the UK when your order is received. We don't use any drop shippers or third parties to process orders.

 

100% Discreet Delivery

House of Denial gift boxes

Every order that we send is put in a gift box (if it doesn't come in its own box or zippered bag), double wrapped in plain grey packaging bags and has a plain packaging label on the parcel so that no-one knows what's inside. The return address on the label states KDDH Limited, which is our company name.

There's no need to ask us for discreet packaging as that comes as standard with every order. We take your privacy very seriously.

 

Free Delivery within the UK

If you place an order over £19.99 and have it sent to a UK address, we offer free tracked delivery using the Royal Mail 1st class signed for service. Your order should be delivered in 1 to 2 working days from the date it's sent.

The tracking number for 1st class signed for packages will only update once an order is delivered or an attempt is made to deliver it.

 

Royal Mail Local Post Office Collection in the UK

We're now able to offer the Royal Mail local collect service for UK customers. Simply put the address of your local post office as the delivery address at the checkout and we'll send your order there for collection by you. You will receive either an email or SMS text message from the post office once the package is available to collect.

We've noticed that many customers fail to add their local post office address as the delivery address when choosing this shipping option. If you don't add the post office address we'll locate your local post office and change the address before shipping the order. We can't guarantee that it will be the most convenient collection location for you, so please add the post office address to minimise any issues. Please add your email address and phone number to the order so that we can contact you with the updated delivery address if we change it.

Please also make sure that the delivery address you provide is a post office, not a delivery or sorting office as they won't accept the package.

To collect your package you'll need to take the tracking number (provided in your dispatch confirmation email once we send the order) and a form of ID (birth certificate, passport, driving license, etc.) to the post office.

All packages will be held at the collection location for 18 days. If you don't collect the package within those 18 days it will be returned to us.

 

Argos Click and Collect in the UK

If you'd like for your order to be sent discretely to be collected from your local Argos store please message us here with the items that you'd like to order. We'll then setup a private listing on eBay and send you a link to the listing.

 

Order Dispatch Days

We work Monday - Friday (unless there's a national holiday) and send all orders (except FedEx international - please see below for order deadlines) received before 3pm UK time the same day.

We also pack orders on Sundays and will mark orders as dispatched on our website once they've been packed. All orders that are marked as dispatched on a Sunday will actually be collected from us the following day on Monday. We're sorry for any confusion that this causes, but it allows us to keep up with orders so that there are no dispatch delays.

 

Delivery in the UK

All orders received Monday - Friday before 3pm UK time are sent the same day. If you order after 3pm UK time on a Friday, your order will be sent on Monday. During busy periods we do send some orders on a Saturday, but this isn't always the case. Please contact us if you'd like for us to do that for you and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Saturday Guaranteed - £10.99 (Dispatched on Friday)

If you choose Saturday guaranteed delivery and order after our 3pm deadline on a Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday with an express next day service. The price difference of £3 will be refunded back to your order.

 

International Delivery

All orders received Monday - Friday before 3pm UK time are sent the same day, except FedEx express shipments (see below). If you order after 3pm UK time on a Friday, your order will be sent on Monday.

FedEx won't deliver on weekends, so if you place your order after 12pm midday on a Thursday it will be dispatched on a Friday and delivered Monday or Tuesday.

It's important to note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay customs and import charges if any are imposed. Please read the following for further information:

 

EU and Other International Customers

All orders are sent from England, U.K, which is now a non-EU country. From July 1st 2021 VAT changes have been made for shipments sent from non-EU to EU countries. You will now be charged VAT and customs charges for all orders and you are responsible to pay them when your order arrives into your country as they will be sent delivery duties unpaid (DDU).

We're not currently signed up to the IOSS (import one stop shop), which would allow us to pay the VAT for you before your order is received, and will continue to assess this option. If anything changes we'll keep you updated.

 

US Customers

Based on the information available to us we believe you should not be charged any customs or import charges on top of the postage cost when your order is sent to the US mainland if the total value of your order is less than $800. What you pay at the checkout should be the final cost (if the total is less than $800).

If your order value exceeds $800 please contact US customs to confirm what import charges would be charged.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why doesn't my tracking number work?

All of our standard orders are sent with Royal Mail in the UK.

If you're having your order delivered within the UK the tracking number won't show any update until the order is delivered or an attempt is made to deliver it. Royal Mail doesn't scan our tracked orders when they collect them from us, so the first scan is made when it's delivered.

For international orders the tracking number will update in 1-2 days after an order is dispatched. The first scan is usually made when the order arrives at their international hub before it leaves the country.

Once your order is dispatched, we have no control over delivery times and can't provide an accurate delivery date. All delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail. The delivery of your order from the time we dispatch it is entirely in the hands of your local postal service. This applies to all standard delivery orders.

2. I've received a dispatch confirmation email on a Sunday. Will I get my order tomorrow (Monday)?

We generally work all day on a Sunday to keep up with orders. We input all tracking numbers as the orders are packed, so you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email on the same day. All orders that are packed on a Sunday will be collected from us on Monday, so if you paid for next day delivery you should receive your order on Tuesday.
