This is night and day better than my last cage which was metal with a physical padlock. By comparison that felt like a torture device compared to this.
the Holy Trainer V4 is VERY comfortable, doesn't pinch or hurt at all. even when you try to get erect, it causes very little discomfort. I wore this over night last night for the first time with no underwear to support it and slept fine only waking up once with my pecker realising it needed to calm down.

I can echo what some previous reviewers have stated as far as quality over the alternatives. The design is far more comfortable than any chastity device I’ve previously owned. It gets high marks in ergonomic design as well as concealment. I have both the short version and the standard. The short conceals better, the standard fits better. Both are excellent at preventing stimulation. The only thing I knock it on is poor ventilation. Moisture tends to be an issue. It’s the only thing preventing true long term for me. I also want to say that this site is stellar and I am highly pleased with my purchases thus far. They’re very helpful and I have no qualms recommending them to anyone interested. I’m looking forward to future purchases!
I have previously worn and really enjoyed my CB6000S but it was a bit obvious under clothing as I have a stocky build so it bulged out. After a few years the flimsy design finally gave way so I found the Holy Trainer V4. It arrived today and it is fantastic. Very simple design and the whole thing is incredibly comfortable. It keeps me all squashed together and is invisible under clothing as well as being silent without the rattly padlocks (although I did enjoy that). Everything is top quality but it’s worth mentioning that the clear version does have quite a distinct blue tint to it. You can see it in the photos but it isn’t just an optical illusion it is quite blue. If that isn’t for you then you might prefer to go for the deliberately coloured versions. I bought this in January this year and have worn it full time almost the entire time since it arrived. It is, by far, the most comfortable of cages I have ever worn since 2005. It makes me feel even more restrained and secure, better than even the V3. Thanks a lot for that!!!
