It's an amazing device and very comfortable.
HIGHLY recommended. Features dense, sturdy construction, bulky locking system accommodates material concerns without compromising a relatively low profile. Minimal casting flaws, and all are generally very smooth anyway. Wearable right out of the box. Ring is extremely ergonomic, meaning that even though the cage section actually intrudes *inside* the ring by quite a bit, it's still comfortable to wear my normal 50mm size. THe party piece is the long "tail" hanging off of the back, which serves to eliminate the key weakness of cages I've worn before. Between the tail and the relatively forward-set locking ring, I find it impossible to back myself out of the device without causing excruciating pain during erection. Erection while *wearing* the device, on the other hand, is... Well, it's plenty uncomfortable, but in a generally more fun way. Mild pressure, mild discomfort without any of the pain you'd normally experience with a more simplistically designed device. ENough to be fun, not enough to indicate something's wrong.
No pinch points, well designed ring, well designed cage, no loose padlock, included lock appears to be of good quality, tube itself appears to be of good design. Have been wearing it for the past 72 hours without concern. This is the first cage I've owned in about 10 years that I'm seriously considering for regular daily wear.
I’ve have the v2 standard size for a year and I thought that was brilliant, then last month I brought the v3 nano hoping to squash my little cock even more and boy is it a good cage, I use the smallest ring and with the nano size being that bit smaller than my previous one it’s been so much fun, only taken it off a few time to clean and shave. 5 stars
Everything about this cage is great!
Everywhere else, this cage is like 160-210 pounds, and then you only get one ring (cheap bastards). But here you get 4 rings which makes it perfect for beginners who don't know which ring size is best for them (like me).
The build quality is good, it's sturdy and light. Above all, the cage is very comfortable. Won't be a problem to wear this long-term.

Bought this with my wife/keyholder having read good reviews which are well founded. Was very impressed with the speedy delivery, thanks. With a bit of experimenting we settled on the 45mm ring( another reason for buying this was the fact it came with all ring sizes) and was locked up for 4 days. After a brief release for cleaning and to pleasure my keyholder, I was back in for 2 weeks. I have had little discomfort, except when trying to get hard, and no troble with hygiene at all( cotton buds help). I would heartily recommend this cage and HOD.
